As his final project, Ted Brunning created a portfolio of three works. The three works explored the paradigm of objects within art and music, and ultimately sonic art. Documentation of the works from his final project can be found at this link:

Here is some more information about the works:

Psych Sculpt 1 & 2, were a collection of two sound sculptures exploring how objects function in sound sculpture, but also exploring the use of materials in sound sculpture, with a particular focus on art materials such as acrylic paint, and a picture frame. Numerous photographs of the sculptures are included on the website link, audio recordings of the sound are also provided.

Perception Model EP, was an EP of three electro-acoustic musical works. The works were composed on a classical guitar, and were an exploration of musical instruments and how they relate to societal attitudes around objects. There was also an electronic part created in Max MSP. The sound of the guitar was manipulated in real time in Max MSP, and there were also different musical sections in Max MSP for each part of the guitar compositions, which were triggered using a midi footpedal. The EP is also performable, and a video of the performance taking place is included on the website link.

Window Watcher, was an AV composition, made using a digital SLR camera, analog synthesiser sounds, Max MSP synthesis, and field recordings. The composition explores the use of photography to focus on a subject matter that exists in real life. The subject that the composition focused around was the subject of windows, as in the type found in buildings, and the piece used footage rather than still images. The piece was constructed as a generative system in Max MSP and all materials were combined into one finished audio-visual piece. A ten minute recording of the piece is included on the website link.
