About Francesca Fargion
Francesca Fargion is a composer/performer from London.
She studied music at Goldsmiths University and then completed postgraduate studies in piano performance at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She has recently completed an MMus in creative practice at Goldsmiths. She mainly writes music for herself to perform and as part of The Fargions, a sibling collaboration with her brother, Giacomo. She has performed around the world in many music and dance concerts and festivals.
Recent performances include:
LCMF, London (2019) where she performed as solo pianist and singer in Burrows&Fargion, ‘Let us stop this mad rush towards the end.’
Cafè Oto, London (2019) performing vocals and keyboards Tim Parkinson’s album Pleasure Island.
Fest en Fest, London (2019), performing Burrows&Fargion ‘Music For Lectures, Every Word was Once an Animal’ with Mette Edvardsen.
Kaii theatre, Brussels (2019) PACT, Essen (2019) Impulstanz festival, Vienna (2019) with Claire Croizè’s ‘Flowers (we are)’
